Very easy to locate with lots of options to dine.
We arrived late but self check in is super easy.
The room was spacious, modern and clean.
Will choose this place again in the future.

Location was central, very close to gaya night market. Had no issues navigating around as a solo traveller.
Room had a bit of an ant problem along table and microwave area. As someone traveling for business and had to use the table quite a bit, it was not very conducive.
While the location was very central, the room faces a main road which got pretty noisy at night. Fortunately I’m a deep sleeper but wouldn’t recommend for the lighter sleepers.
I used the self check in function, no issues and customer service was prompt via WhatsApp.

First time staying here, they provided a password for you to get in. Keys in boxes. There are no lifts. Use stairs, The room is quite big consider there is a sofa. Toilet is okay clean but no Bidet haha, but the kettle doesn't work. Have a microwave and a fridge also. So far the bed cleanliness so so. Nevermind, I just stay for one night trip. If you want cheap and convenient come here.
