Good comfortable hotel sadly its a bit noisy from passing traffic at front of hotel windows are only single glazed but other wise great location good rooms comfortable bed. Good clean room very hot shower
Tv lacking channels sadly .

The location is excellent. Parking was good but the location a bit crowded. i was given room with old sweat smelling.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the largest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, which is only a five-minute walk away. The B&B is also very close to the airport, and can be reached in ten minutes if there is no traffic jam.
