Perfect location with free parking and great facilities and amenities. However, the apartment requires damp proofing and proper cleaning. Beddings and floors were dirty. The shower room ceiling was full of mould. Sink tap water constantly dripping. No soundproofing, so it's not ideal for light sleeper - aeroplanes flying low, passing the apartment every now and then. Host apologized and allowed us to check out early with refund given.

The house internal is superb: clean, everything is functional & provided (washer, dryer, water heater, A/C, utensils, hair dryer).
The instructions given are clear too. Finding place is not that difficult. Except for heavy traffic to get to the entrance - so pls avoid peak hours…
We stayed here on our way back to KL from Kota Kinabalu (KKIA airport). Photo below was my photo with Kinabalu Mountain on the background. It is about 2.5hours drive from this place.
