Good hotel.Jotel been well upgraded. Look new. Reception frarah excellant. Meet director of room Bernard, amazing guy and wealth of knowledge, humble and good public relation. Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels. Did not have any photos A I am return guest. See you soon.

I thinks, this is the best hotel ever in Kk if u wish to have good price come with great facilities. The room we got soo good. Very spacious and got fridge, kitchen even. Hot water is good with big bathroom too. The food for breakfast also very good. The staff there so helpfull. Might stay/come back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, a little old (it opened in 1977) but you can feel it has got a lot of character. Kudos to EVIS from Bell Service, he’s a humble gentlemen who loves to engage with his guests. He assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. He knows the hotel inside out and loves to share his insights. Also a shout out to MARY from front desk, she is amazing. She is multi functional with assisting me to check-in PLUS helping me with concierge matters regarding my flight ticket. Exceptional staff. Thank you for having me!

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s. I booked 1 bedroom sea view spa suite apartment. It was located on the 5 floors. I brought one toodler, how scary it is. But worry not, the balcony got grill and sliding door glass. Very comfortable, and foods is good. Eventho pricey. The is basic kitchen utensil, can cook.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious, well-appointed room. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful hills views. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower was refreshing with great water pressure. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxing. There also gym & swimming pool located at level 23.

While the property and rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, the stunning beachfront location more than makes up for it. The service was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay comfortable. If you’re seeking modern amenities, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate a rustic getaway surrounded by mountains and the ocean, with opportunities to spot wildlife like monkeys and monitor lizards, you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

Quite old hotel and smaller than in the photo. Air conditioner also quite old and no cover ..full of dust. No coffee or mineral water and no shampoo provided. Very basic facilities / hotel , just good for stay for a night before move to other part or Sabah. Not sweet for a long holiday.
