Best Kota Kinabalu Hotels

Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

My colleuqe like this hotel so much because it is not far from the airport and no need to enter KK town. The hotel was clean & comfort. It is just for one night transit to go to Miri for the next day.

I love this place! From the outside, it looks sketchy but it was great after i checked in. The door and electricity were keycard-activated. I love that the bathroom looked well-maintained. There was water heater in the shower, bidet, and even hair dryer. In the room there was a spare chair for when you have to work, a wardrobe, with the safety box inside. There were enough sockets. There was also water heater for drinking water to use for the free coffee sachets. THERE WAS A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM!!! The location was nice because it was near the waterfront but not too near, like a 10min walk. There were food options just outside the hotel.

The hotel offers a wonderful overall experience, with neat and clean rooms complemented by well-prepared amenities. Its location is highly convenient, being close to the airport, and it provides a peaceful environment at night. The only minor drawback is the limited parking availability for guests.

I would just rate it like a 4 stars hotel. Don’t expect too much, and it will be great. Breakfast just normal, waitstaff was a bit inattentive, not sure which table bring us to. didn’t book a seaview room, but my room was totally a blocked view 🤣. Can only see a huge rooftop of other buildings. But the room is clean, cleaning service quite good, I asked for more water and they did gave me more. One of the highlight could be their pool. Great sea view, I enjoyed it a lot. location is decent, still need to walk a bit to reach the main city area.

I thinks, this is the best hotel ever in Kk if u wish to have good price come with great facilities. The room we got soo good. Very spacious and got fridge, kitchen even. Hot water is good with big bathroom too. The food for breakfast also very good. The staff there so helpfull. Might stay/come back to this hotel.

Really bad staff - they spoke really bad English and they weren’t helpful at all . The door of the restaurant says open until 11pm , I arrived before 9.30pm , reed the menu and then when I was about to order they said the restaurant closes at 10pm and they don’t serve after 9.30pm. I’ve checked the watch and it was 9.32pm - and all they said was “sorry sir” with a smirk on their faces Next day I asked I went to the concierge for some tips regarding the tour to see the Proboscis monkeys and he couldn’t explain anything at all. Also asked for some recommendations regarding where I could have a good steak he couldn’t also advise a restaurant. Finally i put the car in the reception. No one explained how the system worked. I had to wait for someone that spoke proper English to come and explain. If I was in a 2 star lodge in the middle of nowhere I could understand such a bad staff but this was in a 4 star hotel in the capital of Sabah

헤매고 헤매다가 참 좋은 숙소를 얻게 되었어요! 깨끗하고 정리 정돈이 잘 되어있고 호스트 분이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 다음 번에 또 가게 된다면 이 숙소로 다시 가고 싶어요! 또 이마고 쇼핑몰이 바로 아래에 있어서 정말 편리합니다. It's a really clean and nice accommodation. Thank you for taking good care of me. I recommend it to both Koreans and Koreans!

Apartment is located right next to Imago Mall with a lot of food and retail outlets and along the Riverson Walk. Apartment is super clean and beds have thick mattress and are super comfortable. Apartment balcony has a stunning sunset view overseeing the Sutera Golf course. The host was very responsive to my family's requests including providing baby cot in the middle of night. Wonderful experience and will come back again.

Everything is okay just that need to collect access card as in picture attached first , which take a lot of direction to there. After that u need to go to the parking lot which really far then the lift lobby 🤣 Hope my comments help those who have oku family or kids whether it suits u or not🙏🏻
