got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

Keep it up.
One of the towels got a bit stain. But otherwise all items prepared good condition

To the water front Esplanade, Harmony Arch, Museums, souvenir street, Golden arch bredge, Riverbank is less than nine (9) km away. There is no air pollutions. A very cute and comfortable place to stay. The area where the hotel is located have lots of dining places and supermarkets - McD, KFC, e-mart, Subway, as well as banks and petrol stations. The customer service is commendable and the staff are really helpful. Recommended for backpackers and travelers.

Check in was smooth. Nice room with just basic amenities. There was a stain on the wall and it looked a little dirty. I booked a room without a window. It is worthy for those who stay with couples. Overall, I'm satisfied.

no need to complain too much if u pay such low price (only at TRIP.com). overall just normal and nice.
1 thing i need to highlight for this hotel ,feel safe when u stay in here,because that is no much budjet hotel can maintain the front door sensor card lock and lift sensor card lock on.
the hotel are no giving bottle drinking water anymore,so anyone who decide to stay there just remember to take your own bottle .you can refill water at water dipenser,every floor have one.
