The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍

I like this resort bcos its near the beach. Breakfast buffet was good! Fruits were fresh. Although there some stains on the sofa cushion, its ok. I didnt use them. The toilet was huge!

The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

BEST 3D2N SPENT! From the time we reached till we check out, everything was seamless & service was beyond words. We were greeted with kompang by their excellent staff. Took them about 15 - 20 minutes to prepare our keys & deposit of 500rm by cash. If by credit card will be RM1k. The view while waiting for our keys was amazing. Light snacks was given while waiting. Definitely an experience here. Worth every penny. The best experience by far. The service is really on top. I dont know how describe but i will forever remember this place. Everytime i go to pengerang, this hotel will be my choice to stay. The room is quite interesting becoz it was originally 2 storey of cabin/container. The room is big, clean, and for me it was beautiful. There was a swimming pool for adult & kids. The only thing that i a bit dislike is the room did not provide iron & board and also dont have hair dryer. At beginning of stay here i usually ask for the iron. But they took so long to sent it. So a bit dissapointed with the service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru with our family, including our 3-year-old twins. The hotel perfectly blends a vibrant rock-and-roll atmosphere with family-friendly amenities.The kids' pool area was a highlight for us, featuring splash zones and shallow waters that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The staff were incredibly attentive specially duty manager Syam who helped us with in getting interconnected room since our request didn't go through in the system, and the hotel's thoughtful touches, like kid-friendly dining options and a welcoming vibe, made traveling with toddlers so much easier. The private beach is 5 mins walk through a short passage crossing WESTIN. Our interconnected rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fun rock-themed decor that our twins loved. We also appreciated the proximity to Adventure Waterpark, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru is an excellent choice for families seeking a mix of relaxation and fun. We'll definitely return!

Overall ok..the best. next to the swimming pool there is a beach. The beach is very best. Very beautiful scenery. Recommended

The facilities i can say is very good for a small hotel. Very proper system. Its just that the management might have to improve on checking the facilities. When i was there the hot water arent that hot and the entrance lamp in my room actually not working. Room 115 so management please take note on this. We paid for breakfast and they serve us maggi goreng on first day and nasi goreng on second day (need to check the quality too as for me its quite tasteless). Asal ada punya breakfast la I would say. There’s room for improvement!!

It’s very welcoming from beginning till the end.. the sunset view from window itself is stunning, the breakfast’s awesome.. will come again when we have time . 👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!
