Situated within a two minute walk to the beach, the location is fabulous. Lots of parking, simply furnished rooms, coffee/tea in the room, good choice of evening meal in the restaurant and great little bar. Breakfast has a fabulous choice including a butter dispenser and champagne! We loved it!

We stayed in the dune suite for a long weekend and our package included both breakfast and dinner which we enjoyed very much! Excellent space - great balcony and view. Hotel location is excellent as was the service. Would surely recommend!

The hotel is just behind the dunes and has direct beach access (path over the dune) The hotel has a small reception area. Expect a mix of tourist and foreign workers of nearby factory installations. Some room shave dunes views. You can see the dune, but you probably have a view in the car park as well. Parking is not free (10 Euro a day) If you want to have a rooom with some specifici conditon (double bed), you need to pay additional fee Our room was not very large but the positive thing was that it had a small balcony (overlooking the entrance (and car park)) Coffee (Nespresso) is available. The refil it daily during the (so-so) cleaning. A safety deposit box was available The room has a separate small toilet area and a separate bathroom (sliding door) with walk in shower. Amenities are not available except soap and shampoo You can opt for not cleaning your room, which will decrease you bar/restaurant bill with 5 euro per day The breakfast is very extensive. Of you eat gluten free or lactose free you have to mention it well in advance. The coffee is of ok quality The hotel asks you in the pre-checking to indicate your breakfast time slot. Since it can be busy during certain hours. You are requested not to stay longer than one hour at the breakfast table

We stayed 14 days in this hotel + relatively modern rooms without carpets (round building, 1st floor above seminar rooms) + breakfast could also be taken to the room at no extra charge + for every day without a cleaning lady you have 5 € to eat in the restaurant/ Bar received + location, very close to the great beach with some beach restaurants + free large parking lot - incompetent, incompetent and sometimes very unfriendly and unprofessional staff (reception and restaurant) - despite booked stay incl. HB for 2 adults and 1 child, has that Child did not get dinner included - very, very hard mattresses and uncomfortable bed - half board is not recommended, you can choose between about 5 dishes per course, with about 3 dishes with extra charge, despite half board. For example, you pay €2 more for a burger WITH meat despite having booked half board. The small menu does not change, no matter how long the stay is. + Thank God we were allowed to cancel dinner for 8 days, there just wasn't enough choice for us. Starters and desserts were great, main courses were mediocre. - Due to the canceled dinner and the waiver of the cleaning lady, we had to get back more than 400€ at the end of the stay (at check-in, the entire trip including all days half board was already paid for). Unfortunately, they only wanted to give us something over 100 euros at check out, after a long time reckoning and explaining that the bill was incorrect, we were unprofessionally criticized and treated very unfriendly with eye-rolling, etc. In the end, the mistake was finally acknowledged with a smile and after 30 minutes of discussion, we were finally given our money back - not particularly child-friendly - swimming pool totally dirty (we didn't visit any other facilities such as a gym, massage, etc.)

Very nice hotel, well located with a very good restaurant. Paid parking available. Close to the sea wall and the beach. The bedroom and bathroom are minimalist. Pantagruelian breakfast.
