"The room is clean, tidy, good facilities, beautiful environment, it is recommended! The service is very good and handmade chocolates are also delivered!"
"This was by far, the BEST experience we’ve had on our beautiful little island.
The staff are incredibly unique, kind, took initiatives and looked after us very well!
Mr George at the breakfast area, restaurant manager Panagiota, that always goes out of her way to ensure we have the best time ever! *we ve returned and ate at Cape Aspro several times even when we were not guests at the hotel and the service was always top notch! Anna from kitchen and Petar who served us were also amazing!
Note that we are vegan & vegetarians and the whole team, from the chiefs to the bar members took extra care of us.
Our housekeeper Marites also took super care of us and our suit in such professional and friendly way! And always asked if we are having a great time and if we need anything else.
We also enjoyed the Spa and pool facilities.
I can go on for ages! Book and experience this incredible resort for yourself. It’s totally worth it!"
"Superior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is.
Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests.
I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working.
We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good
Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while.
For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream.
It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool"

"The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!"
"We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.
We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go."
"The breakfast is good, served with a rich variety of food. The hotel has a free parking lot. Its location is also good. The problem is that the house next to it was under renovation. So, it became noisy early in the morning!"
"An amazing hotel that offers an unforgettable experience in every aspect! The cleanliness is top-notch, with well-maintained and tidy rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, ensuring guests are fully satisfied. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, with a sense of warmth and luxury. The food is delicious and diverse, with dishes that are both tasty and indulgent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality and pampering vacation!"
"The location is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, the first line, the beach is not very well equipped, but you can swim if you want.
Very tasty food (fish, chicken, meat, there is even Cypriot kleftiko - a lamb dish), various cocktails from good alcohol.
The hotel itself is large, there is a hot jacuzzi and a small pool inside, the pool with a slight heating may seem cool.
The rooms are good, a very comfortable bed and, oh, miracle, pillows)) the staff is also very responsive and attentive :)
I really liked the room with access to a private pool (there is one pool for 6 rooms)."
"Nice staff, huge rooms, good buffet breakfast, amazing value when staying in low season (Feb). Good location, about 10 min drive from the waterfront and the tombs. Shower temperature was variable. Some times of the day it was great, other times it never heated past lukewarm. There was a luggage room that you could use but it was unmanned and unlocked."
