Aadisaktthi Leisure Resort, Kovalam

A reasonable hotel, but somewhat difficult to reach with an extremely bumpy road at the end. The staff are very young but tried really hard. There is a lack of experience but hopefully that will be gained. The food was good and the gardens nice. The most efficient member of staff was Sowmiya Saravanan who was very courteous and very helpful. The beaches are good and the Arts Village was a delight.

Near City centre with approach Road is almost missing at some places. Far away from Kovlam Beach .Very few/limited items for Non Vegetarian guests. Can't be termed as "Value for Money.Rates are exorbitant.Ayurvedic massage facility is average.Ambience quite is good but when inside the campus ,gives a spiritual look.

Booked Kerala holiday and stayed here in this resort for 2 days, Indeed, Road to resort is very narrow, Surrounding is quite, Staff is friendly, Exterior is good, Interior is very average, MMT showed 4 star resort, But we feel like 3 star. Basic Toiletries provided(You have to ask reception to provide toilet paper, It was not included). Tv brightness was way more dark. Pool timings are 7AM - 7PM. I would rate my restaurant poor as Food was average, Restaurant staff was not fluent in English or Hindi. Breakfast starts at 8 AM(8.15AM TBO). Every other resort’s (in whole Kerala) breakfast starts at 7 AM. Even while booking, breakfast timings are 7 Am to 10 AM. We booked rooms with breakfast which cost around 300 per person, As we need to leave early morning, We asked for early access or already pack breakfast by 7.30 AM for next morning. Just half an hour early, Restaurant staff denied and told us, They can provide breads and fruits only. I asked as I booked room with extra breakfast cost and I need to leave early, Just adjust breakfast cost with our other restaurant bill, But they denied that as well. This triggers us a lot but as we were on vacation, Next morning, We let it go as we didn’t wanted to spoil our mood and ended up with breads. I asked to pack extra breads but no Luck… Experience with Restaurant is Very very very Poor. I suggest book room only here and take breakfast onsite or have your breakfast somewhere else.

Bathrooms were not getting locked from inside. And i think they already knew there is issue with the bathroom, yet they ignore to solve it. Manager was rude. Cleanliness in the bathroom was also very bad. There was always some bad odour. Breakfast was average. However, we ordered ala carte which was good. Restaurant manager soumya showed very good hospitality.

We, the air cargo agents of 10 persons had a meeting at this Hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Aadisakthi Leisure Resort and Spa in Kovalam on March 16, 2024. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink of mango with lassi, which instantly refreshed and uplifted us. The manager, Jineesh, was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The rooms were spotless, and if you opt for a seaside room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset over the Kovalam sea. The spa services were excellent, with attentive and helpful staff. The food was also delicious, and the serving staff was accommodating. The pool is small. While the road leading to the property is narrow, the overall experience at the resort is highly enjoyable and not to be missed by travel enthusiasts. It is worth the money you pay. K. SURESH KUMAR

The resort was good, service was excellent. The location was good, because we had a sea view room, it was great to be able to see the sea from the bed. But getting to the resort was not very good, extremely narrow lanes, felt like in the middle of a not very good neighborhood
