Ac were not working properly, very bad experience, extremely disappointing experience, as a frequent traveler, i understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues i encountered during my stay were unacceptable.

I recently stayed at and was next-stay treats inn very disappointed with the experience. The room was not cleaned properly, with visible dirt and dust around. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to relax or enjoy the stay. Despite raising the issue, there was no prompt action from the hotel staff. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay

I recently stayed at nexstay treats inn and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. From the check-in process to room service, everything was handled efficiently. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, enhancing our stay. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. No thanks

Hotel is budget friendly, but rooms are not clean. The curtains, bed sheets had stains. Staffs where polite and friendly, major con is that they need to work on cleanliness

Staff behaviour and location is good. Food is not at all available with them. Hotwater, wifi, air conditioning is available. You will get one complimentary water bottle for the day. No fridge or coffeemaker available in the room. Room condition is bad, found a bed bug! sheets used are also old, even though it is washed, still we can see the colour fading or stains. Overall cleanliness is less.

I was charged rs 25 for a dental kit by the hotel. It's disappointing to see them charging customers for something that should be included in the overall package. The front desk staff argued that it was because they were a budget hotel.
