"The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range"

"check in procedure was ok. Room no 113. aminities are good, excluding AC. poor working condition. check out procedure was too horrible. i was checked out before 7am due to an emergency. at the time of check out staff ask me to wait there. they need to check my room. there is no value for my time?. this is my first time experience. i am not feeling good. i can understand, it may ur policy matter.iam assuring, that is not comfort for me. also for others. i feel i was insulted there. take necessary actions instead of these type of policy. best wishes.

"We were traveling from Guruvyoor, it's half way halt for Bangalore, we selected this Hotel as it's excellent location for shopping and food eat out. Hotel check in took only 5 for our check in, room was prepared as we entered it was cool, hygiene excellent. Breakfast was good quality 👍"

"Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude"

"It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case."

Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from Kozhikode railway station, which made it extremely convenient for my travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a good level of privacy and peace. The staff was courteous and always ready to help whenever needed. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else met my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because there’s still a bit of room for improvement in the overall ambiance.

but 2pm checkin is causing some inconvenience. Usually all hotels have 12pm check-in. But i was provided 1 hr early checkin. It's a bit nice from the hotel side. But there was no common bathroom available.
