I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

The location was good. The place is clean but they could do better for the toilet cabinets, positioning the tv. There is provision for hot water, air conditioner was also good. The food at restaurant in the 2 nd floor was not bad. Kozhikode beach is also nearby

The room was good but 2pm checkin is causing some inconvenience. Usually all hotels have 12pm check-in. But i was provided 1 hr early checkin. It's a bit nice from the hotel side. But there was no common bathroom available.

Service The front desk team provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. However, one area for improvement would be the elevator system, which required a keycard for access. With only one card provided, it occasionally posed challenges when coordinating with a roommate. Facilities The facilities were impressive overall. The pool was a standout feature, offering a clean and well-maintained space, which I’d rate 9/10. The gym, while functional, lacked standout features and could benefit from enhancements (6/10). The restaurant provided a satisfactory dining experience, with good food and attentive service, earning a 7.5/10. Location The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strengths. It offers convenient access to transportation, dining, and nearby attractions, making it an excellent choice for those exploring the area or conducting business.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Manuelsons Malabar Palace in Calicut with family and overall, it was a delightful experience. The overall experience is good staying in the property,helping staff and service is fantastic 😊 so i keep visiting same hotel always.

We spent last 3 days in the hotel with family, everything was good about the hotel, starting from checkin, room service, house keeping and check out. Rooms are good and well maintained. Located in walkable distance from the railway station, lavish car parking area, overall good experience.
