Huge room, with sea view. Comfortable bed, nice sofa. Good bathroom, although aside from a small lip, no separation from shower and rest of bathroom, so the floor ends up soaked when you have a shower.
Breakfast was not included, so I cannot comment on this.
The Wi-Fi was effectively unusable. It was 2 bars at the most and usually just 1, so ok for some basic browsing, but I could not stream video.
There is a very steep slope leading up to the hotel from the car park.
On arrival, the hotel provided an electric vehicle to take me and my luggage from the car park up to the hotel.
When I checked out, I asked if the same car would take me and my luggage to the car park. They said no.
The previous day, I had seen the electric vehicle take other guests and their luggage down, when they had checked out, so I'm not sure why they didn't offer take me?
I asked if there was someone to help me with my luggage (I'm not young and I have a bad back), they said 'no - only her', and pointed to a tiny young girl, who had a mop in her hand.
The girl very kindly helped me and I topped her, but I don't think it was really her job?
I heard every word from the guests in the room next door, so I had to wait until they went to sleep before going to bed myself.
All in all, it was a nice hotel, but there are some improvement opportunities.

It was a bit out of the way and the uphill climb but despite all of that, the hotel is super nice and quiet and lovely. The room size was awesome.

The kids had a great time with welcoming staff and direct pool access. The room is very spacious. Location wasn't an issue as we had a rental car.

We chose this hotel because of its gorgeous view from the window. We read the reviews and made the right choice, a great clean hotel, spacious rooms and a stunning view from the balcony. Those who are by car or bike can get there without problems, the place is quiet and calm. An abandoned amusement park adds sophistication to the hotel. A 5-minute drive away is the pier to Railay Beach with the cleanest sea, since you can’t swim near the hotel. The room is clean, the furniture is shabby, but it doesn’t spoil the view at all. If possible, we’ll come back.

I have already written a review of this hotel, we enjoyed our stay here.
Personally, the previous room without access to the pool is more convenient for me.
The rooms are the same in size and comfort, but the rooms with access to the pool are located on the 1st floor - staff and vacationers walk past, so I had to always keep the windows closed.
I also like to sit on the balcony and drink tea, this room does not have this option.
I also think that the common one is much more comfortable and beautiful.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again, but I chose a room without a pool.
