I could choose between two rooms and the idea that the view could change was actually right — so I picked the room with this astonishing view and was quite happy about it. Quality of the room is very good. When I asked for cleaning, everything was just fine. The only uncomfortable thing about it is that there is no elevator. Also downstairs there are some books that are probably book crossing.

outside and downstairs look a little basic but the room we stayed in was perfect! lovely clean comfy bed, decent sized balcony and a little fridge, few minutes from the beach and about ten mins in a taxi to the night market

Location is good, near the beach, but that’s the only positive. Can’t even be called a hotel.
The room is dirty, not maintained, smell of cockroaches with dirty and smelly bathroom. No lift and dark staircase. Door is only locked with the doorknob.
Service is bad, can’t even give us some leeway on late checkout, even if it’s for 10 minutes. Doesn’t care about their customer so I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Price is also not value for money. Better of staying at a hostel.

Location is best in ao nang. The price is very affordable. A little concerned on the cleaning as stains on toilet bowl were left unclean. Amenities is very basic, if has hair dryer would be good but since the price is low can't really complain

If for one night then it's quite ok. Pleased with clean white linen and white towels - these are really great, acceptable shower, there is drinking water, from the window you can see the neighboring hotel and the mountain. Otherwise very average of course, no elevator, bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the room itself looks scary) if you sleep lightly - at night you can hear music from the red light street.
