"Due to not being able to board our flight the evening before to Dubai, we were forced to stay one night close to the airport with a rebooking for the next day. We found the B2 hotel in close proximity and have to say it was nothing but perfect. The bed was a California king size bed, the rooms, clean and tidy, and even the breakfast was included. And the rate rate was only around 700 Baht. Th whole team was fabulous but special mention to Khun On at the front desk. She was so helpful and kind. If you have to stay close to the airport for transit purposes, we can highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel front entrance was undergoing renovations and guests had to walk to basement for access lift to lobby exposed to rain. Management could have done better to moderate guests’ inconvenience. HOT water in bath was “faulty” such that each time technician fixed the hot water, again there was no hot water the next shower - could the technician activated the time switch to save electricity? My 5 days stay with cold showers after returning from the rain… bad experience."

"The hotel is a nice hotel to stay. with the price that you pay, you will get big room. ours is a seaview room on top floor. once you wake up in the morning, you will see the amazing view of the Andaman sea. once we arrived, the staff served us the welcoming drink. it was refreshing. the breakfast buffet was decent. it's suitable with the price you pay. however, they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush and also no ironing board and iron. when we asked for it, they say they don't have it. that's quite disappointing.all of the staff did great job. big compliments to them. on the whole, I recommend staying here.."

"Very convenient location near the beach. Nice and friendly stuffs. Spacious and clean room. There are many activities offered by the resort. There is a kid club which is great for families with small kids. Breakfast offers varieties of foods and some chicken/meat options are labeled as halal, made it easier for Muslim guests. Overall great place to stay."

"Our stay was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the views are stunning. The resort offers a fantastic range of facilities including a swimming pool (which has two levels, the upper one providing particularly beautiful views), a fitness center, spa, yoga studio, sauna, and a kids' playroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. There's also a convenient shuttle service within the resort. The restaurant serves delicious food and offers a delightful ambiance, perfect for dining while enjoying the beautiful scenery."

"Feel very safe as solo muslim female traveller as i was given key card for the main gate. Located near masjid area hence easy to find halal food. Can rent motorbike near Mr Kord motorcycle shop nearby. Walking distance 15-20min to Ao Nang beach & monkey trail. Strategically located along Ao Nang road. Air conditioner in the room functioning well. The toilet was cleaned everyday. They also provide shampoo & body wash in the toilet. Can request hair dryer thru receptionist. Requested for iron but didn’t received it hence not sure whether they have it or not. There’s a pub nearby however not too noisy at night & i can still sleep. Definitely will choose this hostel again if ever come to krabi"

"Staying here for 4days .. my kids love it here,we have the family pool access room, so they can enjoy swimming anytime they like during the opening time.. They have kids club with few free activities like doing a bracelet & eye mask etc.. inside they have playgrounds and few games like pool table,ping pong etc for teen & adult to enjoy during free time.. room is spacious for us, gym is completely clean with new equipment.. breakfast is non halal, but several choices is vegetarian is indian food options .. so muslim can have that with fresh fruit,salad,egg,milk,creal and very good coffee.."

"This was a nice quiet resort but offered free shuttles into Ao Nang every couple of hours. Check in was quick and painless. Our rooms were ready and we were taken there quite quickly. The family room was spacious with a very large bathroom. They provided water, cookies, a beach bag and beach/pool towels in the room. The room was only made up if you requested it to be done. The staff were quite helpful and there were tours you could book right from the hotel. There were three or four pools, which were warm and open 24/7 and our kids took full advantage of some night time swims. We ate at the restaurant for most meals. There was an excellent and very large selection but the service was VERY slow! Overall we had a lovely time and would stay here again."

"The hotel is very nice, have a great pool with hill view and clean rooms. One of the best things is the location right in front of the beach. It's not directly on the sand, but it's close enough to enjoy the breeze all day and easily go back and forth between the beach and the pool. But the Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms and lack of lighting at night."

"I recently booked a Standard Room at GLOW Ao Nang, and my check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM. However, I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM. I understood that early check-in might not always be available, so I waited patiently in the lobby for several hours. While I was waiting, I noticed that several other guests were being checked in earlier than the official time. Curious, I politely asked the front desk staff — a lady named Koyen — if early check-in was possible in my case. She informed me that early check-in was only available for guests with Deluxe Rooms. I was quite surprised to learn that check-in policy varies by room type, especially within the same hotel. Additionally, I observed a clear difference in the level of hospitality. Other guests were warmly welcomed with greetings, welcome drinks, and even had their luggage carried to their rooms by hotel staff. Unfortunately, in my case, I didn’t receive any welcome greeting or assistance with my luggage. It felt quite different and honestly a bit disappointing. As a guest, I believe all customers — regardless of room category — should be treated with the same level of courtesy and hospitality. This experience left me feeling that my presence was somewhat overlooked. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve the consistency of guest service across all room types. Thank you."
