Breakfast is not too rich, but it ’s okay to eat full, and the variety is okay. The place to eat breakfast is really very styled and worthy of appreciation. The key is that he can walk for 30 minutes from the tourist center, and then walk down the city. In fact, the old journey is quite small. You don't need any transportation at all, you can rely on your feet. The room was warm enough and the service attitude of the staff was very good. In addition, about 15 minutes walk from Central Station does not necessarily require a taxi.

A good hotel close to the center and literally closer to the station than Google Maps says. Besides, there is also a gallery next door in case you want to go shopping.

10-15 Minutes to the bus station, train station, but there is no electric kettle in the hotel room. If you want to drink hot water, you have to go to the restaurant below to pick it up. Toothpaste, toothbrush, even USB charging station is not, but the price is flat, but there is a choice to prefer to live near the train station. There are no restaurants nearby, only the coffee shop opens until 9:30 pm . 

What an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi. There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months. There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃 The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

Temporarily booked hotel on a business trip, in the heart of the old city. Can go directly to various attractions. There is a bar near the hotel, and if you like, you can have a drink at night. The room is simple and quick, but the service reflects the professionalism of the tourist city.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

The location is great - very close to the old town. There is a decent supermarket on the side, and it’s also quite easy to approach to the restaurants nearby. The room is very big and quiet. Strongly recommended!

The location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff . You can find everything you need there . ☺️ Widly suggested

The room was really big with 2 floors. But the 2nd floor was a bit too empty and wasn’t too useful for us. We got a room in the first floor so the view wasn’t that amazing too. There is a big kitchen with everything you may need that would be good if you are long-staying. The most attractive thing in the room was it’s massaging bathtub, which was super big and fun to play with. Although it wasn’t cleaned perfectly that we saw dirt coming out after pushing the massage button. We then cleaned the bathtub by ourselves before using it again and it’s worth it.
