Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

Albergo che si presenta bene, una hall nuova ed accogliente ed una sala ristorante buona. La struttura presenta una piccola area giochi per bambini ed una piscina al coperto utilizzabile. Ho letto di alcuni che lamentano la temperatura dell'acqua troppo fredda, in realtà è la stessa di tante altre normali piscine. Le camere sono pulite e silenziose, unica pecca riguarda la mancanza di piccoli servizi che da una struttura a 4 stelle mi aspetterei come delle ciabatte di cortesia, le grucce nell'armadio ed un phon funzionante in quanto quelle delle camere non è utile pertanto vi consiglio di portarvene uno da casa. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile, per quanto riguarda la freddezza riscontrata da alcuni abbiamo notato che si tratta di un aspetto caratteriale dell'intera città, probabilmente è un aspetto che noi italiani evidenziamo con più attenzione perché abituati diversamente.
