City Lights Apartments

Apartment was fine however the whole experience was ruined by extremely rude owner After leaving the apartment they contacted me to let me know that I had left some items, my 13yr old daughters expensive t-shirt and underwear-Absolutely not the owners responsibility however they contacted me upon leaving to let me know they had found them and we arranged to collect the next day, to be then told that night that the items had 'been lost' and that I could have some chocolates as a gift instead Obviously I asked how this could happen after having them in their possession and they really couldn't have given a damn about it, 'well you left it in the 1st place and then we lost it' and proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my daughters underwear and 'well it's not a laptop or an important document' like it has any less significance. I was then blocked by them on 2 numbers for trying to get my things back At no point was there any threatening behaviour like they have tried to make out to divert the fact they are utterly unprofessional and quite frankly I was appalled at the whole handling of the situation And upon reading further reviews, it's not the 1st time expensive items have been 'LOST'....

We picked a small apartment for a 3 nights stay. The location of the place is amazing. It was value for money, we got what we paid for AND a parking spot (everywhere else you must pay!).Really close to the city centre (old town), shopping mall and railway. A cafeteria is not even 2 minutes walking distance! The apartment was cosy, warm and well equipped. It had anything you may need for a short stay. The only minus were the towels, there were only 2 available in the room. Definitely will visit again sometime!
