Absolutely beautiful, staff were all really friendly. Our flight was delayed and we booked the Forest Hotel which is lovely. Bed was comfy, lovely room. We arrived late, they kept the bar and restaurant open later at the castle. The food was absolutely amazing. Thanks to all the staff, enjoyable stay considering the circumstances.

My husband and I stayed next door at the forest hotel but walked over to Zinar castle and spent time there enjoying the beauty. We had a fabulous dinner with great waiter, Peter. He was quite knowledgeable about the wines and great conversationalist. We came in slightly late, but did not feel rushed at all. The food was superb. The place is really very nice with a nice view on the Vistule. The food was okay but not excellent. I had a soup of cucomber and avocado which was tasteless and some meet which was too cocked and dry. We went to several other restaurants where the food was far better.

We have just returned from our son’s Wedding at this stunning hotel, everything was just perfect. The staff really were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them, they certainly went above and beyond to make sure this was a wonderful experience for all the guests…most who stayed at the Castle. The food both during the wedding and during our stay was just excellent, and of course the view really is exceptional. We stayed in room no 5 which is one of the suites, we had a lovely balcony over looking this stunning view.

We had such a lovely time staying at the Zinar Castle it really made our trip. It is located on top of a hill so has wonderful views and surrounded by greenery so you don't feel you are staying in a city but it is only a short taxi to the main sites of Krakow so you get the best of both worlds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really nice. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Krakow in the future.

We found this hotel online by chance as it has only recently opened. It advertised itself as 4 star however I would say the quality is definitely 5 star when you enter the hotel. The hotel itself is not in Krakow city centre however we were looking for something a bit different (and quieter). A taxi took about 12 minutes to the main market square and was cheap. (The hotel seemed very historical but fully modern inside) Highlight of the hotel has to be the peaceful forest location and the views of Krakow and mountains from a distance. There is also a nice terrace outside with views which we used to have a coffee on one of the sunny days during our stay. Would recommend this place if you want something different for a city break!

terrible reception service ! Terrible staff. Good location, in the forest with good view. Good restaurant. the rooms are clean, but it does not erase the terrible management, or rather the lack of management... GM terrible. You can stay here only to enjoy the views.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, star room service. Slept wonderfully. Despite parties in the hotel, no noise nuisance. Perfect kitchen also for vegetarians. Presumably good and ample breakfast, but for people who want different pure breakfast cereals, there is only cornflakes. Small damper on a wonderful stay.
