Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty.
Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm.
But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point.
Hope can be improved next time :)

Friendly staff and great location! I had a problem with the the door lock. It wouldn’t open with the key card. The front desk staff found some one to help me open it quickly.

Great hotel, amazing inside and outside. We payed for breakfast and dinner and it was very affordable, however when we were at dinner we were told we had to pay for waters. You sign a receipt every night at dinner for the drinks you buy and pay when you check out, For 3 nights for two of us it was 90 Zloty for waters with our dinner which equates to £18. Besides that the stay was amazing, our room as a standard double was absolutely massive. Moreover; the staff do not tell you what time breakfast or dinner is, from our experience breakfast is 07:00-10:00 and dinner is from 18:00. The breakfast is a buffet which ranges with different foods, even for fussy eaters! However the dinner is a set menu including soup for starter, a pasta dish for main and a desert. Overall the staff serving you dinner are amazing, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. When you arrive because check in is at 16:00, if you arrive early you can get them to hold your bags free of charge - sake for when checking out! The hotel is literally within 10 seconds away of the main square ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful hotel with hundreds of years culture. Exceptional location close to the City Square and Wavel Castle. Our room was very large with a great bath!! Staff are simply exceptional. Nothing was too much bother. We highly recommend this hotel.

Grand is exactly what it is . Couldn’t be closer to the main spquare. Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and to top it all the staff were excellent and ever so helpful. We even had our bags stored for us until our flights. Cezary who was the barman on one of the nights was so friendly, even talked to us about the history of Krakow etc. so helpful . Thank you Cezary

We stayed for 3 nights , wonderful hotel , staff are very friendly, very clean, can’t fault 1 thing what so ever, breakfast was very good , and hotel is excellent location to explore the old town , would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in krakow

Funny the prompt should suggest fluffy pillows... most definitely not here! Bit lacking in the pillow department. Room bit on the too-hot side. Well located for the central market and tourist sites. This is a pretty, elegant hotel but pretty lifeless. You do not get the feeling of being especially welcomed at reception which was very thinly manned throughout. Breakfast was ok without being spectacular. Outrageously loud music, with big thumping bass late into the night. Cleanliness standards good, housekeepers/maids the only cheerful people around bless them.
