1 night stay.
Check out suppose to be 12:00. They hounded me to leave early. In the end I left at 11:20 because they were very annoying.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops.
There are a total of three power outlets available.
The shower has good water pressure.
Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m.
The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.

No air conditioner. Asked for an additional fan and they refused. 2 star hotel, although service and employees were fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were OK but not great and unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room.

Short 4 day stay in Krakow. We had most things planned ahead of trip so we were only using the hotel as a base as we had a lot to cram into the time we had.
Hotel was very clean and quiet as more mature aged people seemed to be using the premises.
Staff were polite and friendly and when we asked about a trip to the salt mines they obliged and had us booked in minutes

Lovely spotless hotel in fab location. 5 minute walk to the train station and to the main square. Bathroom and shower very small but we got by..Friendly staff. Would recommend.
