The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Very close to city center, clean room and pretty spacious. I will definitely recommend it

The room we reserved and paid for was a premium room, but it was small and the bathroom was tiny. We complained that the air conditioning didn't work, and they never checked it. Housekeeping was mediocre, and the staff was unhelpful. I won't be back.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere spaziose, bagno comodo e pulito. Colazione molto abbondante ed è presente anche la parte dolce (non scontato all'estero).
A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro (5 minuti circa per arrivare alla piazza). C è parcheggio (con il parchimetro) davanti all'hotel (in 2 giorni non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a trovarlo).
