Hotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Very nice hotel with good value for money.
The meals are very good. The indoor playground and the swimming pool are a plus.
I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We didn't have high expectations, but 4 stars should mean something. It started off nice, the service friendly. Then it started to fall apart. First the room was cold, so we turned on the air conditioning to heat (because there are no radiators in the rooms), after an hour the temperature didn't change, only the fan was running loudly and you could smell the dry air. In the meantime we asked at the reception for bathrobes for the pool and extra pillows, they were supposed to be brought to the room within 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we went to the reception and only then the receptionist had to bring bathrobes herself. We also informed them that the heating probably didn't work, we were moved to another room straight away, so at least that's a plus. The pool was very poor, quite cold (both water and air), probably that's why there were crowds in the sauna. The whole floor was covered in splashed water, the lifeguard was sitting and probably waiting for someone to slip... The loungers were tragically uncomfortable, after 15 minutes my butt was numb. Overall, the recreation area was done upside down just to get that extra star.
The walls and doors in the hotel have no soundproofing whatsoever. Until midnight, we listened to children running and screaming in the corridor, and in the morning we were woken up by the same sounds.
Breakfast buffet. For 60 PLN, it's veeeery poor. Overall, the hotel "restaurant" is more like a canteen, with only 8-10 person tables. Loud and crowded. Small selection of food, its appearance not very appetizing, questionable quality. I do not recommend.
The hotel is one of those that you can only get by if you come here just to sleep.
I have no complaints about the cleanliness, only the decor is already reeking of communism.

We stayed in this hotel in December, family of 4. Expectations were low as this is a budget hotel and we only needed a sleepover. I accept the dirty floor and outdated furniture (you get what you pay) But what I don’t accept is the worms in the toilet. My youngest daughter jumped scared and shouting when she saw moving warms in the toilet, cleaning lady was bringing us some bathrobes and I showed the worms to her- surprisingly she was not surprise, said some words in polish (didn’t understand English) flushed the toilet and left with a smile. So I went to reception and showed the video to a girl with glasses, explaining the situation- she said she’d call someone to “look” at it, as nobody showed up few hours later I went down to reception again and this time there was a guy there, I showed video again and asked if this was normal- surprisingly he laughed and said that it’s common but they are not harmful..advised to flush all the water from the toilet..which I did but the worms kept coming back- as it was late, we were tired and just needed rest we spend the worst time in any hotel ever- afraid to get infected..AVOID

I would class this hotel 3* overall. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily and bottled water was provided daily in the room, alongside tea/coffee. The fridge temperature in our room wasn’t what it should be and the tv only had 1 English Channel which was 24 depressing news. The tv was not a big deal as we spent most of our time being out. The sauna after a long day of walking was great - we didn’t use the pool - but the hotel ran out of robes by 7pm, which was disappointing but not a huge deal as we could get the lift from the sauna to our room without having to walk through too much public space. The breakfast had a decent selection of cold meats, cheeses, breads, pancakes, cereal, pastries, fruit and hot choices of beans, scrambled eggs and continental sausages with onions. Sometimes they offered vegetables left over from the dinner the night before! The dinner was ok - we only ate there once, I’d recommend eating out. The guy on reception didn’t smile once but the lady was much more hospitable and friendly. Bolt taxi to the main square in the Old Town was very reasonable. There’s nothing to do around the hotel so we used it literally to sleep and have breakfast in.
