Boutique Aparthotel

Lovely room at a super central location just off the main square. Friendly staff. Only quibble was the lack of heating. Some days were sub zero temps outside so the room was cold in the mornings/evenings

We stayed here as a grouo of 19. Lovely hotel, warm and clean. Just a few steps to the square and a 5 minute walk to castle. Perfect location for sightseeing. We did see a couple of negative comments re: showers, but this wasn't a problem when you fiddled with the tap. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartments, but this wasn't a problem for us.

I had visited this hotel with a friend for my birthday. It was a fab location and it was very central. Easy access the Krakow's main sites. Upon our arrival, we were unable to gain entry as there was no one present to grant us access. We rang the buzzer multiple times but received no response. Fortunately, a delivery driver who was delivering to the property was able to let us in. When we reached the front desk, the receptionist could not locate our booking. After some time, we were eventually provided with a room. However, upon entering the room, we were dismayed to find a sign stating "Rent this room for only 10 Euros per hour." As two young females, this sign made us feel extremely unsafe, as this information had not been disclosed anywhere in the online listing. The shower in the room only provided hot water for around 5 minutes before turning cold. We had to request assistance to access the internet, and were informed that we would need to stand outside the room to gain a connection. The view from the bedroom overlooked a construction site, and we had to continuously ask for clean towels, and the floor did not appear clean. Overall, we would not recommend this accommodation.

The loveliest weekend away, we stayed at boutique for 2 nights. The perfect location in the centre of the old town. The room was massive, spotless & the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in 😍 The manager was really kind & helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is brilliant, but noisy ALL night. Nice that you can come and go as you like and room is huge with the most amazing ceiling. Negatives are the noise even with the windows closed it's loud, towels and bedding is very well used and in need of replacing and same with the pillows (tiny and very soft so had to use sofa pillows). There's a kitchenette but no cutlery, plates or pots to cook with so not awfully helpful and we couldn't get the tv to work (not a problem for us). We only stayed a couple of nights so was fine for us but wouldn't want to stay much longer.

Excellent and well located in krakow old town, Beautiful, lovely, very clean and comfortable apartments. The owner was very friendly and helpful he booked us on all of our tours. Would definitely recommend the boutique aparthotel and would definitely stay here again.
