Premium Hostel

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

A great place and price with only around about a mile down one street from the main square. Had a twin room.with it's own bathroom and a breakfast of sandwich, natural yoghurt,apple, cookie and bottle of water each day in a town paper bag. Staff were friendly, helpful and you have mini golf and cosmic games bar close by Also a luggage room was available for free on our last day and there a kitchen available on multiple floors and a mysuem connected which I didnt manage to visit :-/ Highly reccomend

The customer service was very poor Although, I must say that the hustle is well kept. Another thing is that there is NO shuttle bus from the Airport, as stated on their website. The hostel is far from the Airport. So, it is very important to let the customers know that you don't have Airport Shuttle That is a deciet.

There is a variety of rooms. Dorm rooms with (just) four beds (not bunks) and attached bathroom are better than in other hostels in the same price bracket. The renovated place is light and kept clean. Check-in is straightforward and pretty well organized. All facilities such as the hot shower and WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Good there are lockers. Enjoyed the modern well equipped kitchen where I could cook and sit at one of the many tables. The location is within walking distance to the old town. Since the last time I stayed here, more guests behaved rather anti-social. Moreover, there were groups with youngsters (sometimes loud). At the court yard very early in the morning someone would start his motorbike (noise!). Every day the same. There is not always someone at the reception. I used the luggage storage for which you need a key. Because the receptionist was absent, I missed my bus. So plan enough time to pick up left luggage.

The pillows and bed was nice that was not the problem the problem was the disrespectful workers who thought it was ok to laugh and make jokes all because I can't speak the language . They were extremely unhelpful and did nothing to make my trip easier on me . I asked them a simple question about getting a uber because they offered it on the site . But when I called they acted as if they were dumbfounded to everything . They also tried charging me twice I had to literally show them the transaction so I didn't get robbed . I won't ever be coming back here and honestly they need to mature and grow up . In my country we care about people who visit and try to help where we can . Saddest thing is this use to be my favorite countries sad how people have really changed from the war and inflation . What a mistake I made never again . I will make sure its well known if people ask I will tell .

Very good place, location is perfect - very close to the bus and tram station, clean rooms, kitchen is perfect and comfortable. 24/7 reception is working and the staff is very helpful if you have any questions about your journey here in Krakow.
