The room is full of traditional European style, warm and livable. It is close to the Old Town of Krakow and is very convenient. It is also convenient to go to their exhibition center and the environment is relatively quiet.

Hotel was adequate, but few things need attention, big crack in shower head. Also constant loud drip on a plastic roof outside ( notice this was said about in sept 2024) and kept us awake. Very light in the room as only blinds and nets. Walls very thin and could hear someone on the toilet, flushing, shower and talking and lots of heavy feet above us. Hotel a good base and about 15 mins to main square. No where to get a coffee, only at breakfast. Breakfast ok, no pastries.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Batory Hotel. We have had the best time! Hotel, restaurant and room clean cosy and inviting. Room was lovely and we have had the best 4 nights sleep! Beds really comfy. Lovely shower room everywhere spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned and towels changed when we put the sign on the door when we needed it doing. Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice and different things for us to try. Restaurant clean and homely. Staff very friendly and welcoming and we can't wait to return one day.
