The receptionists are nice, the hostel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers have hot water from the start, the kitchen has everything you need and it is just a few tram stops from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Je suis assez déçue de mon séjour à Cracovie avec l’hôtel qui laissait à désirer. Les draps étaient troués et en mauvais état. Nous n’avions pas d’armoire mais simplement un très petit casier qui ne laisse quasiment rien rentrer. Le pire reste à venir… les salles de bains. Avec les douches qui sont soient glaciales soient brûlantes, pas de juste milieu. De plus les douches sont tellement petites qu’on ne peut à peine s’y changer sans empiéter sur la douche d’à côté. Les sanitaires étaient bouchés pendant plusieurs jours, et la propreté laisse aussi à désirer. À fuir….

Les photos sur le site sont trop travaillées, en vrai les draps n'étaient pas bien propres, les serviettes non plus. Quant aux toilettes, je vous épargne les détails. Dans les équipements fournis, il y devait y avoir du savon mais on le cherche encore...
