Overall, the hotel is nice. It is located in a very good place. Very close to Wawel. Breakfasts are also great. A very large selection of all kinds of dishes. Everyone will find something for themselves. The rooms are a bit worse. I happened to get a room with an old triangular shower. 80s. The bed is nice and big, but again, two duvets, which is uncomfortable when you are traveling with a woman. And there is no water in the rooms, which is strange for me.

Nice and comfortable room. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. The best pancakes. The standard room does not have slippers. The location of the hotel is a little far from the Central Square.

The initial room that we were allocated was not up to scratch, 2 single beds which isn't what I requested, headboard looked like it had seen better days and the phone in the room didn't work when we arrived, however we went back down to reception and requested a room that we had paid for. We were immediately swapped to another room and we were not disappointed, the room was spacious, bed that we'd asked for, room was cleaned to a high standard each day. Food in the hotel restaurant was lovely from the evening menu, breakfast was standard continental. Would highly recommend for couples, families and friends.

Highly recommended hotel; hospitable staff, buffet breakfast, great location with good selection of authentic bars and restaurants locally. Easy access to all historic landmarks; within walking distance! Would definitely stay again

This is a great hotel with friendly staff, decent breakfast and nice and clean rooms. The location is perfect with the town square only a 15 minutes walk away. Jewish quarter is literally right around the block with lots and lots of top restaurants and bars - both fancy stuff and (to our liking) unpretencious authentic family restaurants with very delicious food and service. The hotel bar is excellent with trained bartenders who are both polite and dedicated to prepare the best cocktails. Other than saturday night we had no issues with noise. My wife was leaning to a 4 star hotel was a bit of a reach, but all combined I think this hotel is worthy of 4 stars. None the less we would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely 4 night stay with 5 friends. Hotel is clean and pleasant throughout. Rooms were a good size and modern. Tea making facilities, large television and plenty of plugs. Bathroom modern and comfy beds. Good location to get around with tram stops close by. Good selection for breakfast. Only let down for us was the bar closing at 10pm

Excellent hotel, great staff, great porter service. Rooms large and well furnished, very comfortable sleep. Well located for walking around the city and using transit - great breakfast daily, nice bar service with welcoming lobby lounge, would recommend this hotel.

It’s simply ideal. The rooms spacious and modern with super air con shower and amenities. Staff helpful friendly and efficient Location spot on- it’s on the doorstep of the Jewish quarter, number 13 tram into the old town outside, on the airport side of town with £28 cab direct ( hello Cracow tours are perfect) and shops and amenities within moments walk. A wealth of bars and restaurants for every taste and budget. Breakfast is lovely, with a great polish continental and hot selection. Bean to cup coffee and the bar is lovely cocktails and drinks reasonable and delicious. Waiting staff in restaurant went out of their way to make helpful recommends for shops and future visits. Recommend the Wodka cafe towards Schindlers passage at the back of the hotel. It’s a cracking family or couples hotel and we would not hesitate to return. Did a tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau, and also Energylandia with hello Cracow and Cracow top tours respectively. Have reviewed them separately but this hotel location made a great day out even easier. What a city, what a hotel.
