Lovely apartment. Functional and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. We were away with two teens and I felt safe leaving them in apartment. However, there isn’t an elevator. If you struggle with stairs, I’d check beforehand.

The location is just excellent and quality of the rooms very satisfying. However, be very careful with the owner and ALL terms of reservation, especially with requested deposits. We stayed in the hotel for two nights with a group of 13 persons. We had booked two rooms, for 6 and 8 persons separately. However, when arriving the owner couldn't offer us the rooms booked but gave us rooms for 8, 4 and 2 persons instead, which was not what was booked and not what we wanted. When leaving the hotel, the owner checked the rooms with us and blamed that there was a "bend" in one of the curtains. Due to this he charged 86€ from the pre-paid deposit (what was not mentioned in reservation terms at all). When later on I asked for clarification of the damage in the curtain and a dated receipt of the costs for buying new curtain, the owner was only able to provide a picture of a "new" curtain in a room that couldn't even be identified. I did ask for a dated receipt several times to prove that there really was a need to change the curtain, but never got a reply. The owner was very rude and disrespectful in all the communication we had with him starting with not providing us the rooms we had booked. We also lost 86€ extra money taken from the additional deposit. I am strongly advising all the visitors to carefully take pictures and videos of your rooms in the beginning and also to challnege if there was anything mentioned of requested deposit in the reservation terms.
