Xerion Hotel

Good hotel ,located in jewish quarter nice bar in hotel rooms are nice however you can hear alot from your neighbours .overall good experience .breakfast pretty expensive but expected in a hotel.we ate out most of the time .had a nice time ,overall a good stay.

Wonderful staff who helped with every aspect, support and keeping busy in the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely and we ate at the Hotel one evening and was good. Carpets need a deep clean in the rooms and the connecting door will be helpful for families but does not support sleep for adults who don't need this facility. Hairdryers heard at 4am and when people get I at 2am it's like they are walking into your room. Facilities have everything you need and perfect distance to get to everything and as said before staff were really wonderful, thank you.

Can’t fault the staff, they where exceptionally helpful and polite. Including sorting out our tours, and also airport transfers. However, our first room was awful and I could hear everything from the adjacent room. Right down to someone zipping their suitcase, as the wall to part of the room was glass light shone in the whole night. There were curtains, but they weren’t sufficient to block out the light. The reception did move us room, and thankfully this was much better. Although there was an awful sewage smell in the bathroom, but given we’d already moved rooms and weren’t staying long just left making another complaint. This is my second time in Krakow, and the restaurants in and around this hotel are second to none. There is a little Vietnamese restaurant about 5 min away, and it’s worth visiting the food was outstanding. However, this isn’t a hotel I’d come back to, as it was very disappointing. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a hotel like this before, and I’ve stayed in some quirky places.

My friend and I had our first visit to Krakow and stayed in this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The decor, the ambience and the quiet atmosphere. Staff here are fantastic, so friendly and professional and helpful. I wish I took all their names but Jacob and Jana were especially great. We will definitely be staying here again. The food was good too and our room was clean. We couldn’t work out how to increase the volume on the TV as it was a bit too low and the shower could have done with some more pressure. Apart from that, faultless :)

The hotel its self is great and in a great location for us. About a 20min walk to the Jewish Quarter and 30mins to the Old Town. If you don’t fancy the walk Bolt is a great app to use at cheap fairs. The hotel/room had everything we needed. Clean, comfy beds fresh towels daily. The restaurant served a well variety for breakfast and the food/drinks in the evening 10/10. Everyone we saw and spoke to all friendly and helpful. We had a late flight home and we were able to leave our cases in the hotel locked away safely. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes around and so many fantastic buildings around to see. Krakow is a beautiful city and worth the visit. We booked our tours through “get your guide” and “Trip advisor” but I do believe the hotel can arrange these for you too.

Lovely clean room and staff were quick to deal with the only one issue we did have on arrival. We ate twice in the restaurant which had lovely choices and very reasonably priced. Staff all over the hotel were smashing. Would definitely stay here again
