Great location, short walk from train station and some good eateries nearby. No elevators in building though. Apartment is well kept. Washing machine, drying rack, coffee machine, kettle, instant tea and coffee, TV available.

Very disappointed our apartment wasn't very clean and tidy. The check in was a nightmare there are no staff at the location , you wait and get a very confusing email about the procedure to collect your key but there is no contact in person. Our room had half a roll of toilet paper and x2 small towels. We weren't provided with any more towels or anything for 4 days and there were no staff at the residence to ask for anything. The location is good and there's a 24 hour shop close but other than that it's not great.

We have had such a lovely experience here the cleaning girls are lovely very accommodating the apartment was ideal very clean with everything we we needed lovely restaurant down stairs amazing prices we walked everywhere we only 20 mins walk from old town only problem we had was the weather 🤣

We cannot fault this place. It had everything we needed for our stay. This is a great self catering room and the bed was seriously comfortable. The room itself is only 10 minutes or so to walk to the old town square with plenty of bars and restaurants in-between.

We had a brilliant stay at these apartments in Krakow. The entry system is quite easy to use and the apartments are very spacious and clean. They have everything you will need from a hairdryer to tea and coffee making facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are lovely and warm and there is plenty of sleeping space. A bonus would have been some extra pillows and towels as there is no room service. So you get a bath towel and hand towel for the full duration of your stay. We had a small balcony which was a lovely little touch. The rooms are very light and airy. There is a 24 hour shop right next to the apartment block which is a bonus. The location is a 20 minute walk into old town, but if recommend using bolt if you need taxi services as they are cheaper than the cabs on the street. Overall a great stay and I would recommend if you don't mind walking or getting taxis to main places in Krakow.

Lovely apartment, brilliant for the money, staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was spacious, and came with 2 separate duvet covers. The kitchen came with a fridge/freezer. All kitchen utensils needed including pots, cutlery, glasses. And also 2 hobs, and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious, with a walk in shower. Would definitely recommend:)

The main double bed extremely comfy, spacious, and all cutlery and pots supplied. Tv is great size, and hotel in an amazing location it quite close to everything. The spare beds made from the couch are not so comfy but are ok. Has heating and shower is really good. Washing machine is great too. Would 100% recommend
