Perfect relaxing place! Everything you need is present. Jos en christa zijn top gastheer en gastvrouw! Gemeenschappelijke grote keuken en een heerlijk dakterras. Vroeg in ochtend met bakje koffie naar de papegaaien 🦜 kijken en luisteren

Nothing but excellent things to say. They were kind enough to accommodate me at the last minute when no one else would, which was a huge win for me as I planned poorly and was leaving the following day. My guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the caves, a pleasure to spend time with. We were not in a hurry and the experience is definitely one to remember. My guide even gave me a ride home, which was not necessary. No question about recommending Hakuna Matata for a cave tour, they were fab in every way.

Onze week in Bonaire was heerlijk in de villa Hakuna Matata. Met de luxe kamers, de grote gedeelde keuken, het prachtige terras/gazebo, maar vooral de ultieme gastvrijheid van Christa en Jos, zijn we hier heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Daarbij ook de ultieme onderwater-ervaring die Bonaire te bieden heeft meegemaakt. Met veel plezier heb ik mijn Padi Open Water brevet gehaald onder begeleiding van Christa.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour de 10 jours dans un endroit magnifique avec des hôtes aux petits soins pour leurs visiteurs. Location de voitures, accompagnement lors de plongées, informations utiles sur l'île, tout a été positif chez Christa et Jos, sans oublier le délicieux petit déjeuner que nous recommandons pour commencer la journée avec le sourire. Très bel établissement, nous avons séjourné 8 nuits, accueil excellent, chambre très propre, petit déjeuner copieux,. Nous avons également loué un scooter, profité du centre de plongée. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement ! Laurent et Magali de France

We zochten op Bonaire een club om mee te duiken en kwamen via een vriend uit op Hakuna Matata. Wat een gastvrijheid! Heerlijk. Chirsta en Jos zijn zo vriendelijk. We konden aansluiten bij een bestaande groep om mee te duiken. Prachtige duiken gemaakt met Christa. De mogelijkheid om mee te gaan voor snorkelaars word ook geboden, flexibel met tijden. Duik/snorkel materialen zijn daar ook verkrijgbaar, dus dat scheelt weer kilo's bagage. Christa & Jos kunnen veel vertellen over het onderwater leven dus dat maakt het nog leuker. Wij hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad.

Wat een fijne plek is dit! We hebben deze plek gekozen omdat het helemaal aan het einde van de bebouwde kom is. De kamer (nummer 4) is heel royaal met een enorme badkamer, super fijn. Jos maakt ‘s ochtend het ontbijt voor je klaar, met heerlijke bolletjes, eitjes naar wens gebakken of gekookt. Niets is hem te gek. Lekker koffie met verse bonen. Beste start van de dag op deze manier. Elke dag wordt het bed opgemaakt, zijn er schonen handdoeken en badlakens. Er is een enorme keuken voor algemeen gebruik, dus je kunt je eigen lunch of avondeten maken. Vanuit de verhoogde overkapte loungeplek naast het zwembad kun je genieten van de ondergaande zon. Op zo’n 80 meter lopen heb je een van de beste snorkelplekjes! Christa heeft ons meegenomen op een snorkeltocht, een aanrader. Ze weet veel te vertellen over het onderwaterleven. Met Jos hebben we een grottentocht gemaakt, kicken! Al met al een super fijne plek, de eigenaren doen alles om je het naar het zijn te maken. Een plek om naar terug te komen.
