Stayed for one night only but very satisfied with the hotel. It's a very good hotel in small town of Kratovo. 4 stars are well deserved, even with small things . There is an elevator, room was clean ,bathroom is quite big , and there is a hair dryer in the cabinet in the room. Some rooms have air conditioning, some local heating. We had organized dinner. Breakfast was good . Good coffee at the bar. Great location, some 100 meters away from centre. Good hotel !

We spent a night at the Hotel Kratis on our tour around North Macedonia – great value place. The location is great, just at the entrance to the upper end of town with a big free parking lot just 100m away. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The hotel seemed relatively new and well-maintained. Check-in went smoothly and the desk staff spoke basic English which was a big help. We had a 2nd storey room which was a bit on the small side but very comfortably furnished. We had a small fridge, good Wifi connection and a TV with English programming. We had a nice view over the town and the room was clean and well-maintained. The only complaint was that the shower cubicle leaked all over the bathroom floor leaving a watery mess every time we showered. Another weird thing was that they tended to not turn on any lights in the common areas of the hotel so it was always a bit dark inside. The free breakfast was reasonably good, your choice of a few different a la carte menu items. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it to other travelers.
