Spacious rooms with fridge, microwave, tv, fast internet. Clean and quiet, with bicycle storage. Tasty breakfast free of charge :-) ! Good location, frienly staff, ideal for a stopover during a bicycle tour, or a several day stay to expore the region.

Leider diesmal ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Kolping Krems. Ich habe schon öfters im Kolping Krems übernachtet, aber das Niveau ist stark gesunken. Die Zimmer waren so heiß, dass es nicht zum Aushalten war. Natürlich kann das Kolping nichts für das Wetter, aber es könnten Jalousien angedacht werden oder die Vorhänge vorsorglich am Tag als Sonnenschutz zugezogen werden. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch machte sich breit - evtl. die Küchenzeile? Das Frühstück war sehr reduziert. Leider kein Obst, obwohl ja die Wachau eine wunderbare Obstgegend ist. Wenigstens Äpfel hätten es auf das Buffet schaffen sollen. Leider auch keine Möglichkeit auf ein Ei. Leider habe ich auch im Kolping Wien wahrnehmen müssen, dass das Frühstück immer mehr reduziert wird. Das ist sehr schade.
