Can add an extra bed, very clean, simple room, there is a bus stop at the door, the traffic is okay, the taxi to the airport is not too far

I didn’t read my email. They sent an email after 8pm informing us our key details as we check in at 11:15pm. Everything is so good, key pick up, drive to room and park beside our cabin. U can view stars from the room ceiling window. There’s a balcony with table and chairs, view of snowy mountains, damn beautiful. We drove out at night away 20mins from cabin and found our fist northern lights at 1:20am super excited!!! This lodge is fantastic we will back to stay if we come back to Tromso.

It takes 7 minutes by bus to get to the center of Tromso, and 20 minutes by foot. ・Facilities There is a kitchen, laundry room, shared toilet and shower. ・Room introduction I stayed in a single room. There were no particular problems with the room. There are no toilets or showers as they are shared facilities. Wi-Fi is available ・Services The hotel will send you a message to guide you through check-in, so follow that. You can contact them via message if you want to add an option or ask any questions. You can book aurora tours and other tours from this hotel, and participate in tours at a discounted price. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Meals are provided (room service). Rental car service is available. There are lots of cats! Thoughts on the stay The floors were generally clean, as you had to change from shoes to slippers at the entrance. The cats in the hotel were also cute. The hotel itself was nice and I would like to stay again next time. One thing that was puzzling was that I never met the receptionist and didn't know where the reception was, so I was confused about that.

Cheap price place to stay. They have shared facilities - 2 showers, 2 toilets and a common kitchen upstairs, 1 washer/dryer downstairs. Going there better be ready if you take bus 24 (shortest way) as you need to go up the slope it’s kinda challenging if you have luggages but if you take bus 20 a bit longer walking as you need to walk back but the good news is we spotted aurora borealis on our way back and going to the house is downslope so it’s easier to go down than up lol. The person in charge is friendly. The room is spacious with 3 beds and a table with nice window overlooking outside. We were assigned with room at the ground floor so it’s easier to push our luggage and no need to go up the staircase. Improvement, hoping that the air-conditioned heater knob really works? Coz it’s kind of cold in the middle of the night. Overall, we did like our stay, it’s not far from the center and we like the quietness of the neighbourhood plus all white snow covering the whole place.

Basic hotel but you have the essentials. It is clean very close to the main street where all the shops are located. The breakfast buffet is very simple but you have a little bit of everything. You always have tea or coffee available in the hall if you feel like it. They also have a parking service in the back, it is fair but it gives you the service, I used it and although it was an ice rink at least you know that your car is ok since parking on the street is mission impossible and everything is pay.

Good location near the airport by local bus within 5 min. View of the mountain is very nice. The staffs are helpful. The room is clean and everything is good except there is no amenities, besides body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is pretty enough.

+ Great location + Fantastic Breakfast + Lovely harbour view and while it was down to luck, we enjoyed the northern lights from the comforts of our room. - Restaurant was really busy. No system in the morning and the staff hanging around are mostly there to clean up the used dishes. There should be a queue system when the restaurant is full. Additionally, night time service seems to be overwhelmed with tour (cruise?) group and conference guests, which is understandable especially if you don’t have a reservation. But staffers should inform diners if it would take more than an hour to serve the food. - Reception not always the friendliest, though they do try to be helpful.
