I have been staying at the hotel regularly for around 6 years and I always enjoy coming back. The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter what time of day it is. As a guest you can only feel comfortable here. There are plenty of free parking spaces and a large, extensive breakfast buffet. Whether you are a family, alone or on a business trip, you are in good hands here and the hotel is in a quiet location. The large park nearby invites you to linger and relax with a view of Frankfurt. I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with good value for money.

Having put friends up in the hotel several times in recent years, we were appalled by our experience at reception today. We had asked to borrow one of the umbrellas available for around an hour by leaving our ID as a deposit. The unfriendly, arrogant and presumptuous reaction from reception will mean that we will soon be putting our guests up in another hotel, even though we have had positive experiences with the hotel in the past.

Wir haben zwei herausragende Konzerte in der schönen neuen Kronberg-Academy besucht und dreimal im Hotel Viktoria übernachtet. Vom Bahnhof fährt ab und zu ein Bus, zu Fuss geht man eine gute Viertelstunde auf schönen Wegen duch den Viktoria-Park.Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig und zum Garten hin gelegen und damit absolut ruhig. Ein Problem mit der Warmwasserversorgung wurde sofort behoben. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Frühstück, das zwar enthält, was man etwa erwarten kann, aber die Auswahl ist recht fantasielos (die Bedinung allerdings freundlich).

Dieses relativ moderne Hotel ist besser als ich erwartet habe. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer und Badezimmer, ein ordentliches Frühstück, Parkplätze und effizientes Personal. Schade, dass das Haus als garni Hotel (also ohne Restauration für die Hauptmahlzeiten) eingerichtet ist.
