Второй раз в этом отеле , вынуждено Сервис ниже нуля . На ресепшен пришлось ждать 15 минут пока соизволил появиться сотрудник . Номер бронировали от компании , причем в ваучере указано с завтраком . По факту сообщили мне , что завтрак не включен и необходимо доплатить . Wi-Fi как бы есть , но по факту нет . Просто напросто не ловит в номерах , как быть , если ты в командировке и по работе это важный фактор . Ресторан при отеле просто ужас, заказала шашлык , не прожаренный с кровью , без соли и специй . Как вообще можно было так испортить мясо ? Респект местному повару . Никогда не оставляла отзывы , но данный случай прям вопиющий негатив , о котором не поленилась сообщить . Не рекомендую !!! Владельцы отеля прошу обратить внимание и принять меры

Остановились в отеле Ной на Пожарной 18.Сняли номер бизнес,с виду отель не плохой....НО халаты и тапочки нам не дали,сказали что за халаты нужно платить 100₽ за каждый,хотя халаты входили в перечень услуг при описании номера!и зубной набор типа тоже покупайте!Номер на первом этаже и утром было очень шумно!Рядом нефтебаза и движение нефтецистерн очень слышно!И очень возмутило наличие проникающего дыма утром в номер!А всё потому что,работник отеле сжигал мусор на территории и весь наш номер наполнился едким дымом за считанные минуты!А так отель нормальный!Бассейн отличный! Спасибо дизайнеру за оформление территории! Цветы шикарные,стиль Кубы вокруг!!!!Завтрак вкусный и красивый!Но есть момент о котором нужно сказать!В тарелку с сосисками и отлетом,был положен кусок сладкого кекса.....брррр!Можно же его аккуратно на блюдце как-то уложить было!Думаю что владельцу отеля не понравилась бы такая подача!Обратите на это внимание,господа хорошие!!!И при описании услуг номера,соблюдайте договоренности!!!
