What a spectacular and magical 2 night stay! My husband, sister and I enjoyed the warmth and incredible hospitality of the Merlika family atop Kruje Castle. Rooms Emiliano is an exceptional assembly of small Guest Houses. The onsite restaurant offers excellent al fresco terrace dining with delicious locally sourced home made food. Wine and beer are available and the sunset views are gorgeous. The accommodations are unlike any other. Clean, cozy guest rooms feature spectacular mountain views as well as views over the small city of Kruje, known for its famous Bazaar. If given the opportunity to stay in Kruje, don't think twice. Style. Extraordinary Albergo Diffuso (scattered hotel). The first in Albania Setting. Time travel within confines of Kruja Castle Explore. Mountain town Kruje. Hiking in the area. Museum on site to learn all about Albania’s legends Rooms. Was in a upstairs room, lovely balcony with views of the gorgeous castle. Room had a mini fridge so you can store cold drinks. @ the hotel. Parking is near bazaar outside castle. I had no idea where to park and had luggage with me but called and the owner Olsi Pengili came out to help me. Skipping checkin formalities was a relief after the long trip from Hong Kong to Albania. Sunset right in front of the hotel was magical and the whole Albergo Diffuso project Olsi is going through to restore and preserve this area is exceptional. The day I left, I had a punctured tire and the Hertz car did not have a spare, Olsi saved the day, a car mechanic showed up and fixed my tire on the spot! Food & drinks. No restaurant yet but plenty nearby. Originally wanted to go to Restorant Bardhi but ended up at Kroi, where they have fantastic staff, including the one that alerted me to my tire. Prices. US$88 Rating. 5/5 great experience

We selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport. It was a quick 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff was friendly. After 24 hours in transit we were looking forward to a hot shower. No disappointment here. The shower was hot. The rooms were bright and clean. We enjoyed a cold local beer in the cafe. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of cheese , meat, fruit and breads. Lots to choose from. The only downside was the night time traffic noise but it doesn’t matter where you are close to the airport, you will encounter this. I highly recommend this hotel

Located near the airport terminal, the building is a work of art in itself. The staff is very kind and helpful. Speaks English perfectly. Large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious but the water outlet from the shower could be better. The warm water also had to wait for a while.
