Very modern and clean hotel. Odd setup for pool - there are no loungers, only chairs. Underground parking is useful but note the very steep entrance!

Lovely hotel, staff and excellent location. So close to everything in walking distance and the staff were so kind throughout. Rooms were nice albeit quite loud at night until like 1am and the aircon took a while to kick in but absolutely fine. Main downsides as many people have commented is the breakfast. It’s really poor. I think I saw numerous hairs in there and put me off. I alerted staff too and didnt see it again. The pool is also in a very awkward spot and we went in once and got almost judgemental looks for using it. It’s at the front of the hotel and very small so you feel kind of awkward using it. We ate one night here and it was lovely and overall had a fantastic stay. Only improvements are of course the pool and the awful breakfast. But we had a fantastic stay and would come back.

Room was excellent, view from the balcony was glorious and the location is brilliant for getting to Ksamil beach (just down one straight road). The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating at all times and over a week’s stay me and my friend are really going to miss them. Had never been to Albania before but now relishing the chance to come back. Food in the hotel restaurant was great too!

Hotel Colosseum was a fantastic choice for our vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is ideal — very close to the beach and great restaurants. We will definitely come back again!

Quite new hotel but everything was working fine. They have a garage and outside parking plases. Breakfast was good and it was nice to eat that outside by the pool. Thery are building more on the back of the hotel but we did not hear any noise from that.

My husband and I stayed here during the month of July for 4 nights. Had the perfect coastal break in an ideal location with beautiful weather and super helpful hotel staff. Probably the best nights sleep we’ve had during our entire stay in Albania - the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and fresh and on our last night, we tried the dinner menu which was delicious. The hotel staff - Kristi, Julian, Adi and Marilena and of course everyone else - were attentive and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them! They all really made our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness and presentation were definitely a highlight. We would absolutely recommend to future visitors to Ksamil!

Such a lovely place to enjoy a wonderful meal, especially dinner. The food was delicious & service was perfect in every detail. Also the location is very good, it takes only 5 min walk down to the beach. Felt very welcomed, can’t wait to be back soon. 😁

I went to this hotel with a friend for vacations and I loved everything! The hotel is new, has lots of cool design details, and the boy at the reception (I don't know his name, but he has a beard) was super nice and polite. He even gave us the room with the round bed, and that was an execuse to some laughs and smiles! At breakfast, the other guy responsible by the service, was very helpful and polite to. The breakfast was good, one of the better ones that I had trough my albanian road trip: it had juice, fruit, and some delicious crepes made in the hour! The room was very clean and confortable. This hotel has a great plus: the parking floor! I really loved Ksamil and Colosseum Hotel!
