I just use their room for resting for my long journey from kb to jb. overall im satisfied with their services. beds are quite ok. spaceous room for all my family members. My son very much enjoys playing with the hotel landskap area.

The location is quite secluded among housing area (rumah kedai). Tapi, selamat je for parking. But, ade 4 ekor anjing keep menyalak around the area. 10mins to TC and 10-15 mins to viral eating places. Very clean, spacious for 4 people, still have space to pray, comfortable toilet and wardrobe size. Takde fridge but can use one at the hotel. Bawah hotel is chinese restaurant. Reception friendly. Iron, hairdryer, coffee table, toileteries already there.

IIemazaaralocation superb, walking distance to shops and eateries (TC attractions at night are so happening, MCD, Famima, KFC, 7E are walking distance and I went to Loteng specifically which the food are superb and we can see the sea right from the Loteng dining area). I didnt take the breakfast package because I want to try local Kuantan food and I went to Roti Bakar Beserah nearby (ard 15 mins driving) and unfortunately Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese are closed till 06 Apr. Overall, this hotel is good but I was expecting for complimentary drinks and snacks for a 5 star rating hotel bit nope, there isn't. just provided with 3 mineral water bottles. Hyatt, u can do better on this. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here!

Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive
The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free
If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop
TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix

DDarrenReasonable price for the location, cleanliness and size of the room. Room and toilet generally clean, but Bed sheet had stains at some parts, but not smelly so should be fine. There are ants roaming about, so be careful not too drop any food or you'll be sleeping with them at night. Shower has good pressure also, but water may not be as hot as some would like even when turning on the heater for a while
Arrived the hotel at around 6am and the staff was sitting away from the reception, so wasn't sure if I could drop off my baggage yet. Finally decuded to store by baggage at 7am when they turned on the lights.
Location is probably the best part, with walkable distance to the river promenade, mosque and food options around. Kuantan 188 tower is also a stones throw away, but didn't go up this time.
Also note that the RM 3 deposit is not true, at least for Singapore and. On top of that had to fork out another RM10 for tourist tax, so RM13 extra in total. Quite disappointed that these terms were not stated during booking.
TLDR, Quite a cheap and good place to stay in kuantan for a night or two, although the extra costs have to be made clearer when booking

Kudos to the male staff who stand from his desk and come towards to help me.
Room and bed spacious for me, my baby and my husband. Will come again!

MMuhammad Nur Azimi AzizanI came here for my appointment at SASMEC IIUM as this hotel is nearby. This hotel provide breakfast for it's guest and the choices are good considering its price. This hotel also provide rooftop swimming pool. The downside for me is the hotel is vertically large, and the walking distance from elevator to rooms can be quite a distance, if you are unlucky enough to get the furthest room 😂. All in all, a great stay and recommended for families. The room is comfy and the space is benevolent enough.

MMahfuzahBook a room for 2. The room was clean and roomy with 2 single beds and still have plenty of space to pray. There's hairdryer inside the room. Water dispenser and iron board is available on the hotel coridor.
Plenty of parking spaces : public ones in front of the hotel (need to pay) and parking area for hotel guest (free)at the back.
Location is tip top! (Our view from the parking place)

TTan chun yap3rd floor are horrible, u can hear sound of water tank almost whole night. It was so disturbing for light sleeper. Meanwhile they moved me to another empty room with window, another nightmare! Noise from the street and very warm by day time, however they managed to move me to another better room after my complaint. An Indian girl at front desk doesn’t seems enjoy her work, kudos to housekeeper PN Zana. Room well kept during my stay
