3-Star Hotels in Kuala Kuantan

Parking can be a hassle if there’s an event happening nearby. May need to call the hotel ahead to confirm the parking situation. Aishah the receptionist went above and beyond in assisting me with my personal needs even when she didn’t have to, this kind of warm service is truly what that makes the stay worth repeating. Book a room for 2. The room was clean and roomy with 2 single beds and still have plenty of space to pray. There's hairdryer inside the room. Water dispenser and iron board is available on the hotel coridor. Plenty of parking spaces : public ones in front of the hotel (need to pay) and parking area for hotel guest (free)at the back. Location is tip top! (Our view from the parking place)

Sangat recomended. Kedai mkn pun byk area situ. Kalau malam minggu boleh berjalan je ada pasar walk kat sana. Breakfast pon sedap, banyak pilihan. Servis pun okay, cuma kena hati2 tingkap bukan jenis lock mati. Kalau ada anak kecil kena selalu perhati. Tenkiuu🥰

It's an old hotel but it is clean..the pool is not entertaining at all....the breakfast is terrible.. it doesn't worth the money to take a room with breakfast as they provided very limited breakfast choices...

We had a pleasant stay here. We stayed in a spacious Japanese-style room, which was perfect for our crawling child—he absolutely loved it! The bathroom was also large and clean. The wooden-like flooring was an excellent touch, as it wasn’t slippery, making it safe for him to move around.

The hotel was surrounded by lots of restaurants. A shopping mall was behind the hotel. It's very convenient. It was a good location to stay. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just one thing is the soundproof is bad. Someone was making noise at midnight without consideration of others.

Worth it for stayed at Kuantan, far a bit from the Town, but still accessible. Too limited parking lot, as congested with Residential area.

Reasonable price for the location, cleanliness and size of the room. Room and toilet generally clean, but Bed sheet had stains at some parts, but not smelly so should be fine. There are ants roaming about, so be careful not too drop any food or you'll be sleeping with them at night. Shower has good pressure also, but water may not be as hot as some would like even when turning on the heater for a while Arrived the hotel at around 6am and the staff was sitting away from the reception, so wasn't sure if I could drop off my baggage yet. Finally decuded to store by baggage at 7am when they turned on the lights. Location is probably the best part, with walkable distance to the river promenade, mosque and food options around. Kuantan 188 tower is also a stones throw away, but didn't go up this time. Also note that the RM 3 deposit is not true, at least for Singapore and. On top of that had to fork out another RM10 for tourist tax, so RM13 extra in total. Quite disappointed that these terms were not stated during booking. TLDR, Quite a cheap and good place to stay in kuantan for a night or two, although the extra costs have to be made clearer when booking

I just use their room for resting for my long journey from kb to jb. overall im satisfied with their services. beds are quite ok. spaceous room for all my family members. My son very much enjoys playing with the hotel landskap area.

The location is quite secluded among housing area (rumah kedai). Tapi, selamat je for parking. But, ade 4 ekor anjing keep menyalak around the area. 10mins to TC and 10-15 mins to viral eating places. Very clean, spacious for 4 people, still have space to pray, comfortable toilet and wardrobe size. Takde fridge but can use one at the hotel. Bawah hotel is chinese restaurant. Reception friendly. Iron, hairdryer, coffee table, toileteries already there.
