I love the view. The staff is ao friendly. My room got upgraded from 2bed to 3bed. Thanks to the staff but i cant remmber his name . Thank youuuuu so much really appreciate the staff , view and all during my staff with my family

This is a great place to stay in KL, especially if solo travel as the location is great, just right next the Central Market and the heritage / colonial walk. The swimming pool is nice, clean and with a nice view! They provide water in the room but also have water dispensers, got lifts or stairs to go up. Staff is nice, cleaning is ok. One of my towels didn't exactly smell good, and on the last day cleaning was not really done except bringing water, changing towels and cleaning out bins.

Beautiful room, lots of space in the room, view of other hotels, walking distance to the train station, very close to everything - about 2-3 miles away from popular attractions, limited amentities, no comb, no shaver… beautiful lobby, check in took quite long because only 1 guy at the check in desk, other than that, everything is fine…

We booked with kl view room, the view was amazing if you couldn’t book the city view dont worry they have rooftop where you can see the view as well. The hotel closed to restaurants in kampung baru just walking distance. For the parking they have valet 15.90 for a day just leave the car in front of the hotel find small counter they will park your car

Check in : The front desk is helpful and upgraded us to a Mountain View room as it was my boyfriends birthday. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake and balloons decoration in the room. And not forgetting the welcome cookie is a great touch and made us feel welcomed to the hotel. Also to share, I actually left something in the room which i only noticed 2 hours after check out, kudos to the team as they did manage to locate my item and return it back to me. Great service! Room : The room was spacious and impressive with a great view of the mountain. Toiletries that were provided is of good quality. Amenities : We used the gym that was provided and the equipment list is good for us to get a basic workout done. Breakfast : The breakfast is great with a variety of food selection which gives you a lot of options. The kitchen is great at ensuring that every dish is constantly replenished which is greatly appreciated. One thing we noticed, is that the culture within the kitchen is great, and that is a sign of a well trained crew as they were constant being friendly and work together in harmony. A shoutout to the restaurant manager who is always helpful and accommodating to our requests as well as other guests, great job! Location : Great & Convenient as the mall is just downstairs. And have few restaurants which was good and tasty. Need to improve : the carpet in the room needs to checked and repaired. As we’re walking and hurt our leg from stepping on the nail which was used to keep the carpet in place. Thankfully there wasn’t any bleeding, but regardless there were minor injury to our leg from stepping on it. Something which blemished the overall experience of our stay.

We reached about 20-15 mins early before check in time and able to do a early check in everything went smoothly.. they place us at level 33 and the view facing titiwangsa we were expected to get KLCC view but is ok. the suites is well maintained but that’s a some parts need to check for maintenance ( i will listed out at the end of my review. We book a suites 2 bedroom with living room and each of room they got prepared a prayer mat for muslim ( muslim friendly) This place has located 3 restaurant which is level 40th storey they has a western cuisine, level 14th they have snacks area at the pool area and level 1 they have tamu junction place and we did try their Tamu kampong fried rice, grilled chicken and hokkien noodles the presentation, food portion, food taste and restaurant ambience basically is all worth the price and among these 3 basically the tamu fried rice that impressed all of us. the flavour and wok hey taste is there. Night time we went to kg baru bazaar / street food at jln raja muda musa ( can say most of malay cuisine food ), jln raja alang ( indonesia food ) basically the hotel is so strategic interms of food so guys those who stay over dont worry about the food that a lot of varieties surrounded hotel. On the next day morning after breakfast we went to the pools the pools at level 14 the pools showed is 180 degrees view u may see heart of Kuala Lumpur (KLCC, KL TOWER and PNB 118 TOWER) and fyi those who driving Tamu hotel are giving free complimentary carpark unlimited in and out just told them your room number and dont forget to register or inform them during check in . Overall this hotel is convenient closed to food street, muslim and family friendly. List need to be improved for maintenance. - power point in master bedroom cant be used - Both toilet sink is headless - The living room aircond that a water stains leakage - The master bedroom toilet couldn’t lock.

Booked adjoining Club Rooms (2) from 31 March to 2 April. .We had a 3D/2N trip with my parents and daughter to enjoy KL as tourist during the Raya holidays. As we drove there, please note parking is RM2.20 per entry for guest, which need to be validated. Since we booked club room, there is a special check in at the lounge floor. (where the swimming pool /gym/spa is). Room was clean. Only the door between adjoining rooms is dusty (for improvement).We choose to have breakfast at the Thyme restaurant at LG instead of the club lounge. Breakfast was quite good with some hit and miss on the taste. The teh tarik at the breakfast was indeed a good welcome for us. (if only the temperature can be maintain hot from the dispenser). We went to the club lounge for the evening cocktails and find the varieties of food/ snacks a bit lacking compared to other 5 star surroundings hotel ie Pavilion Hotel. Would be great if noodles/rice or even the festive season delicacies to be offered such as kuih Raya delicacies ie. Roti Jala etc. The service from the club lounge staff was good and they are eager to please although there are several occasions of promising Teh tarik to my parents was a letdown as they could not fulfill it, both days when we were there. We had initially booked and paid for buffet for Raya on 1st April but the theme of buffet was suddenly cancelled with last day on 29 March. However Mr Syaffiq and his team from F&B team had graciously offered an alternative arrangement/ win win solution. The seafood was indeed fresh on Fisherman's Table buffet although it was lacking on varieties. However, it was compensated with various style of cooking ie Indian, Chinese(steamed), Western(deep fried) and Malay (Asam Pedas). We tried 3 of it and it was delish especially the Chinese and Malay style. The lamb grilled and lamb flap with BBQ sauce was also nice(we choose the one with less fat and grilled). Thank you and hope to get a good deal next time. We have indeed had enjoyable time in KL.

Here is my review on my hotel stay.. I booked 3 days 2 night over a weekend. The hotel is rundown which commented by many reviewer is true but the service there We got a free room upgrade to suite. The bed is nice to sleep on. the room is spacious. They do have a good hot shower is what I want( some other 4 stars hotels in KL didn't even have a good hot water for shower) Facilities - there is a gym and swimming pool which is good and there isnt any lacking of equipment in the gym. The breakfast is decent. I didn't like the day2 breakfast but I like day3 breakfast. There is a link bridge to lalaport shopping centre which is very convenient. And also near to berjaya time square Here is the cons. - slow and talkative staff during the checkin I was waiting next in line to check in for 20mins, I noticed the checkin staff was chit chatting with another lady . The lady look like she is not checking in but they chatting loudly and Laughing. I was disappointed by this action. - poor maintenance on the gym equipment, I noticed some of the gym equipments got strapped broken and broken button and etc. but safety are compromised when the gym are found faulty and need to be highlighted to staff but were ignored. Please help to check and make necessary repair
