The worst part was that the hot water in the bathroom for the entire hotel was out of service since 1st DEC 2024. It's been 20 days without solving this issue. The floor was not clean. The noise from the room next door was quite loud. The towel has been used for probably years. Recommended to provide new towels after 2-3 months used.

Face Suites used to have direct views of KLCC from the window. Not anymore, as they’ve stood up another building right in front (Face style), which blocks the view. Other than that, fantastic service and location is pretty good too.

The room was clean and had everything you need including ironing facilities. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful with my late checkout request. The breakfast took long time to seat the customers but maybe because I arrived at the busiest time. The hotel has only 3 elevators, 1 of them is out of work so the waiting time is kindly long sometimes.

Good location especially if Kg Bharu is where you are heading to. Few minutes walk to Saloma Bridge and Suria KLCC to catch the night light atmosphere. We booked the Junior Suite which was huge enough for us and with the view of KLCC. We'll be back again for sure...InshaaAllah

Staycation during CNY ! Everything about this hotel is perfect except : 1. Parking lane at Pan Pac, near the exit is very narrow esp for long cars ! Having a hard time navigating the car to avoid scratches. Park no higher than level 4 to avoid the narrow lane. 2. Toilet ocassionally, emits a strange stinky smell due to drainage issues, but was immediately resolved by the technician. Breakfast is just so so.

Here is my review on my hotel stay.. I booked 3 days 2 night over a weekend. The hotel is rundown which commented by many reviewer is true but the service there We got a free room upgrade to suite. The bed is nice to sleep on. the room is spacious. They do have a good hot shower is what I want( some other 4 stars hotels in KL didn't even have a good hot water for shower) Facilities - there is a gym and swimming pool which is good and there isnt any lacking of equipment in the gym. The breakfast is decent. I didn't like the day2 breakfast but I like day3 breakfast. There is a link bridge to lalaport shopping centre which is very convenient. And also near to berjaya time square Here is the cons. - slow and talkative staff during the checkin I was waiting next in line to check in for 20mins, I noticed the checkin staff was chit chatting with another lady . The lady look like she is not checking in but they chatting loudly and Laughing. I was disappointed by this action. - poor maintenance on the gym equipment, I noticed some of the gym equipments got strapped broken and broken button and etc. but safety are compromised when the gym are found faulty and need to be highlighted to staff but were ignored. Please help to check and make necessary repair
