Stay for 3D2N during weekends. Check in and check out service very good and easy to follow. Parking near to lift. Request for high unit and got level 27.
Need to improve for better service:
1. Change to smart door lock for better security.
2. Need some extra kitchen utensils.
3. Extra pillows with cover.
Otherwise, overall is very good for family stay. Near and direct access to Sunway Velocity Mall.

Bed and sofa dusty and dirty. Not comfortable…. Body itchy. Too much spider web. The washing machine was very loud when functioning.

First of all, thank you to the staff for the politeness and responsiveness at times. Unfortunately, we discovered pretty quickly that 2 windows were damaged and unable to be closed 😢! We had to enjoy the road noise and the rain sound for the entire stay. The staff was polite and well versed in using empathy towards the guest to try to make it less painful 😒. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything! From Saturday to Wednesday, the windows remained broken.( I managed to close one using olive oil and muscle power 🔋 💪 🙌). I am attaching the whatsapp conversation to remain truthful. Overall, apart from that ordeal, the building and apartment shows its age and the halls and entrance to the apartment gives a prison like vibe (personal opinion of course). The interior is nice but lacks utensils and a micro wave. Also a bit old... good luck to the team in improving their services and support... they weren't able to find a repairman in 5 days! So if the toilet or something else breaks during your stay be ready to endure it...with patience and grace? Not a good experience unfortunately, expected much better.

Easy check in and out. The place is spacious for families to stay. Amenities are good which the kids enjoyed. With mall nearby and other places to explore and eat. Easy to book grab. Speedy replies from the owner. Overall may use this place again in the future.
