Great and awesome stay with Scarletz by Soulasia. Our 2nd time stay with this property Soulasia. Adi and Erfan comply to our requests. Had an apartment with great view for the new year countdown. Hope to come back soon at Scarletz. Thumbs up and thank you to Adi & Erfan👍🏻

The location of the apartment is very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped and include a washing machine. However, the soundproofing could be better. At night, the noise of cars and motorcycles can be heard. The pool on the 48th floor is sometimes overcrowded. Occasionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, similar to a sewage odor.

Last min booking to stay for the night. Arrived at 12am. Need to alias with the counter staff, and they inform The Airbnb operators to pass keys to us. Didn’t explore much around the apartment. Lobby has a lot of tourist loitering around.

The location nearby klcc but requires a walking distance of 15 min. The nearest mrt located 10 min walking distance
The room is clean and have a washing machine with dryer function
The host are very receptive to request and fast reply

Room with High floor nice view.
Washing machine,Water dispenser, fridge are provided.
Like my shower time, good water pressure.
No toothbrush, toothpaste, provided.
Room with blind curtain, so bright in the morning can't sleep well.
No place to hang ur changing clothes or towels in bathroom.
Most terrible experience is the lift. 4 serving lift but seem like only 1 or 2 is moving. waiting time is too long. Pls check out early to avoid the crowd. Lift fully loaded but almost open floor by floor delayed the checked out.
