I recently stayed at this residence in Malaysia for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, the Indian receptionist insisted on a cash deposit, even though I didn’t have enough cash on hand. I eventually had to use my credit card, despite his repeated requests for cash.
The room I was given was disappointing—dusty with untidy mattresses. Sitting on the sofa and bed made me feel itchy. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the toilet during the night.
The next day, I approached customer service to request a cancellation of my booking due to the poor conditions, but my request was denied. They offered to inspect the room, but I was already out of the hotel at the time.
By the second night, I decided to book another hotel as I could no longer tolerate the unacceptable conditions. This was a highly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this residence to others.
