If you stay at this company's house, your money may be stolen. We did not feel safe during our stay. An average of $500 of our money was stolen from our home. We don't know who did this, but we found this house through Airbnb. You should be careful when staying here.

Be careful about this company in Malaysia. They can withdraw your money from your card without permission. We stayed at this company's house in April. We made a reservation on their website and they charged my card for extra cleaning and deposit. They said they would refund it. However, after we left the house, they did not refund us our money. They send us a few images. Also, even though they charge a cleaning fee, they cannot expect us to throw away the garbage at home (it was just garbage in the trash). I advise you to be careful about this company. They may charge your card without your permission.

Naibnb and the team were very responsive, and the apartment was clean and cosy. I will definitely come again! The building had a great pool and amazing view, I definitely would recommend friends to come again soon :) Thank you for the wonderful house!

This is my opinion about Naibnb and the team. They are amazing and I have been staying with them every business trip to KL. Missing items had never happened to me, I know that missing money is a big deal. I would be mad as well but it's abit extreme to make an account here just to tarnish another's business. I saw you follow my Instagram and I hear you. Seeing their business here for the first time just for you to review, that's on another level.......

I WAS ROBBED IN THESE APARTMENTS. If you don't need money, or maybe you have something really expensive with you, tun away from this. After I was robbed, they stole apr. $1000 cash from my purse which I leave in the room, because hey, it's so normal not to bring all your cash in the city. Completely ruined my vacation.
