We were pleasantly surprised that the twin room without window is very spacious. They have renovated the hotel and it has a very cosy ambience. We stayed for 1 night and we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The Cozy Hotel at KL Sentral is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the KL Sentral station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and affordable. The hotel offers basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and a 24-hour front desk. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Overall value for money.

The hotel was decent overall. The location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions. The room was clean, but it felt a bit dated.The staff was polite and very welcoming. For the price, its cheap and affordable.
