We enjoyed our stay 3D2N. Service from Hasan was good. The only issue that we had during our stay was the lift. Always long queue to get into the lift. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.

Self-service check-in is very convenient. It is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion. The room is very clean, with a washing machine and complete facilities. The infinity pool on the 47th floor is very good and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers. The housekeeper is very considerate and patiently answers questions. The hotel is facing the overpass, and the noise from sports cars and motorcycles is so loud that I can't sleep at all. Even if I don't sleep and stay in the room, it's still noisy. The uploaded video was shot at 3 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep all night and had a terrible headache. In addition, the toothbrush, towel, shampoo, etc. are all of poor quality, and there are no slippers. It doesn't deserve 4 diamonds and is not worth 550 yuan a night.
